Morning Star Christian School is seeking a dedicated and dependable Facilities Manager to oversee the cleanliness, safety, and ongoing maintenance of our K-8 campus. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment for students, staff, and families and supports the mission of our school to glorify God through excellence in Christian education.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in facility maintenance, custodial work, or a related field
Strong hands-on skills in general repairs and preventative maintenance
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain a clean, organized environment
Experience coordinating with contractors or vendors is preferred

We are seeking a nurturing and passionate Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood team and support the development of our 1-year-old learners. This position requires a heart for children, a love for play-based learning, and a commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with The Creative Curriculum
Build warm, trusting relationships with toddlers through responsive and respectful interactions
Foster early social skills, empathy, and positive peer play
Plan and implement engaging activities that support motor, language, and cognitive development
Observe and respond to nonverbal cues
Maintain consistent daily routines, smooth transitions, and a calm atmosphere
Support toddlers in practicing early communication and independence

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and compassionate Preschool Teacher to lead a classroom of 3- and 4-year-olds. The ideal candidate will understand early childhood development and create a warm, structured environment that promotes growth in all areas academic, social, and emotional.

Create a welcoming, organized classroom environment that promotes exploration and independence
Support positive behavior, social-emotional learning, and self-regulation

Morning Star Christian School is seeking a passionate, experienced, and nurturing Junior Kindergarten Lead Teacher to guide our 4- and 5-year-olds as they prepare for Kindergarten. This role is ideal for someone who understands the developmental needs of older preschoolers and can create a Christ-centered, structured, and joyful learning environment that promotes growth in academic, social, emotional, and spiritual domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with The Creative Curriculum
Create a safe, inviting, and organized classroom that encourages exploration, independence, and purposeful learning
Teach foundational academic skills and support school readiness in literacy, math, science, and early writing
Foster positive behavior, empathy, and self-regulation through intentional social-emotional learning
Differentiate instruction and scaffold learning to meet a wide range of student abilities
Use formative assessments and observations to track student growth and adjust teaching accordingly
Maintain consistent classroom routines and manage smooth transitions throughout the day
Communicate respectfully and consistently with families about student progress, behavior, and classroom happenings

We are looking for a dependable and nurturing Assistant Teacher to support our Junior Kindergarten classroom (ages 4–5). Key responsibilities include:
Assisting the lead teacher during core instructional time
Helping plan and prepare materials for daily classroom activities
Supporting students with academic and behavioral needs
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment (includes vacuuming, sanitizing, and general cleaning)
Updating the exterior classroom bulletin board monthly
Organizing and ensuring daily communication folders are sent home
Engaging in professional development and growth opportunities
